A Tribute: Missy

Under natural light, the painting takes on an even more realistic direction.

With direct light, the portrait shines in gold.

To date, this is the most emotionally difficult portrait. She was the greatest friend anyone could ever wish for, and after almost 17 years by my side, it was only appropriate for me to pay tribute to her in the best way I know how. Once completed, this painting is 24k gold, silver, copper, and acrylic. This portrait takes realism to a new level.

If you are interested in a portrait done of your own furry companion, feel free to contact me and we can work something out. I can do yours in either impressionism or realism. For more on price tiers, check out my Commissions page.
